Paul Krogh has over 30 years providing program and project control consulting services focused on Planning, Scheduling, Cost, Risk and Claims Analysis for Capital Programs and projects in North America, Middle East, Europe, Asia, and South America. His program/project schedule and cost control work encompasses the entire construction life cycle from conception through closeout. His ability to take complex construction related issues and provide simplified, understandable solutions has supported the resolution of hundreds of contract disputes through negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and courts. These services have been provided to all participants in the construction process from governments to private owners, general contractors and specialty contractors. In addition to his MBA in Procurement and Contracting from George Washington University, the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) recognizes Paul’s skills as a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) and a Certified Forensic Claims Consultant (CFCC), and by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Paul continues to oversee the Program and Project Controls Department and Contracts Division for K2 ensuring an uncompromised level of service to our clients.

Bruce Neiswender brings over 25 years of experience in planning, scheduling, cost and risk modeling for the aviation, power utility, Government, infrastructure, institutional and private sectors. He has specialized experience in program planning and validation studies, budget analysis, forensic scheduling, and claims avoidance on major capital improvement programs, which have ranged from $1 million to $20 billion. He has successfully managed multiple stakeholder issues and resolved difficult program management challenges on a wide variety of programs both domestically and internationally, most recently on a multi-billion dollar aviation program. He is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) and carries the certifications of Certified Cost Professional (CCP) and Project Scheduling Professional (PSP). Bruce directs the K2 marketing department providing vision for the company through business development and strategic planning.

Kathy Yurkunas brings over 20 years of experience in CPM Scheduling, software development and project controls specializing in project planning, forensic data mining, cost/schedule management systems and custom programming. Her development of innovative IT programs, merging project scheduling and cost systems, has provided K2 customers with cutting edge solutions in forensic scheduling and project data analysis. Her multi-platform integration programming has been utilized on large scale national and international programs where conventional software programs have failed. Her work with CPM scheduling and government contract claims in such sensitive and highly-regulated settings as airports, wind power, tunnels, hospitals, light rail installations and detention facilities has given her a diverse set of skills which are invaluable in delivering well rounded solutions for K2 clients. She holds a Project Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI). Kathy heads the administrative and IT departments of K2 ensuring quality personnel serving our customers and delivering progressive solutions for today’s complex program challenges.

Michael Marcell has over fifteen years of specialized experience in Project Management and Project Controls, including a wide variety of transportation and building construction, commercial and technical service integration, manufacturing, Government, software development, integrated logistics, and research/development programs. Mr. Marcell previously designed and implemented tools, processes and procedures for Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) as the Program Planning and Controls Manager for a leading U.S. defense contractor.
