Business Analyst Solutions Configurator

The Business Analyst Solutions Configurator is responsible for supporting the Project Control Systems team in the identification, development and successful project execution of technology integrations into client’s environments.

Essential Functions

  • Research systems advancements in construction project control technology, contribute expertise to proposals, and represent the client in subsequent development and implementations
  • Develop materials, lead, support, and track metrics for client training sessions
  • Support clients through go-live process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption
  • Work with project leaders to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep projects on schedule
  • Act as an integral member in the delivery of an enterprise-wide implementations of Procore or other construction project control tools and technologies
  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders within external technology vendors, including implementation resources, customer success representatives, and product teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on business and information technology
  • Strong working knowledge of Procore; familiarity with other construction technology project controls applications
  • General consulting skills that include team facilitation, business-case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning
  • Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies with a technical and math aptitude
  • Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills
  • Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and resolve conflicts
  • Political savvy, self-awareness, self-management and social awareness, especially with respect to client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for presentations and training materials
  • Extremely detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Excellent attitude and motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Technical ability to learn and achieve relevant software application, customization, and installation certifications
  • Strong up-to-date knowledge of project software to include MS Office
  • BIM & SAAS experience preferred
  • Software development background or experience working for a software company preferred
